There was no sense in keeping Saturday evening since they got rid of the gendered meetings.

They weren't using the time to improve any kind of women to men speaking ratio, so why bother? I'd rather have the time back.

Update on the hockey parents:

One complained in their review they couldn't use the outdoor pool during their stay.

IT'S NOVEMBER! THIS IS IDAHO! STOP IT!

And when he got locked out of his room, he wouldn't even look at me when I made him a new room key.

Guys.

He was in the wrong conference room.

We have multiple conference rooms adjacent to each other with walls that collapse and expand to meet different size needs.

He wasn't even in the right one. And when he apologized, he did so to everyone but me.

I was just in the market for new shoes since I stand all day.

I almost bought a pair of Hoka shoes. Because despite what they think, I'm not too poor to buy them.

I will never buy another pair as long as I live after being screamed at by one of their sales reps.

But at least those are children. Children with no boundaries on their behavior are a menace, but it's an understandable menace.

You know who's not an understandable menace?

Adults who yell at service workers.

Consider this the wall of shame.

And I'm supposed to feel bad for you or help you when you call me complaining about charges to your rooms for items your children bought when you weren't watching them?

If you let your children run amok when you travel with them as part of a sports team, know that I hope your children lose every game they play.

I dealt with feral, unsupervised boys all last week at my job, for parents who treated me like a babysitter.

We deal with a lot of sports teams. And at this point, I've dealt with a lot of different sports, men and women, boys and girls, coaches and parents, grade school and college.

Whose sport is the best based on how they treat service workers?
