What am absolutely horrific wield of absolute power. I work in social services and we depend on federal funding and Medicaid to help our mental health and intellectually disabled population. How incredibly heartless. And that’s just the tip of the iceberg. Removing food from hungry kids? Asshole.

I just spent the past hour hooking up a new printer so I can print out our passport applications. My voice of reason sister in law advised I concentrate on what I can control. I can control just this small part of my day.

It is reprehensible that the GOP is looking to put conditions on aid to California and play politics by attaching aid to the debt ceiling, just so they can give tax breaks to billionaires. This is extortion and it cannot stand.
