Today's #GF #baking effort, some to eat today and a lot for the freezer. Made fruit pastries with puff pastry both GF and regular. The lighter pastry on left GF. Used homemade tart cherry, pear and apple pie filling. Vacuum sealed pastry in twos for the freezer. Also made a 6" tart cherry pie.

Another low effort, high flavor #GF #SundayDinner. Flounder filet with #Wegmans Rosemary Balsamic marinade cooked on the George Foreman 2.5 min, lemon dill lentil salad and garlic spinach. Heaviest lift was cooking lentils for 30 min.

The perfect cold, windy and rainy day for a #GF southern Italian dinner. Used Tinkyada, my preferred GF pasta brand, large shells. I make 2 boxes, stuff and freeze. GF Meatballs and sauce I make 3xyear and freeze. And yes I do eat my salad last! This dinner, eat salad with a meatball! 🇺🇸🇮🇹

I do love to crochet a fun picture! My favorite almost 5 yo will be 5 in Dec. He picked out design! I have been crocheting a long time but recently learned about foundation rows that mix chain and first row! I will never go back to making a long chain!
