This will be my 4th Christmas without my grandson Max. He will be 7 in January. I have not seen or held him Since March 2020. I live alone and have no family left. I have a chronic health condition. Christmas has me in pain both physically and emotionally. I have come to hate it. It used to be a joy

Indoors all day today… it’s absolutely awful outside isn’t it?
Day 1 of my sourdough starter… I’ll add a bit of flour and water to it every day until it starts to ferment. It’s worth the wait, to get it right.
