If the far-right “Originalist” members of the Supreme Court need some insight into the minds of the Framers, they could just take a look at these words that are literally carved in stone at the Jefferson Memorial.

So, Maybe we should share the good places - La Grande Deli just off Watson Road is still reasonable, charming and the food is so good. It's just like an upscaled Subway but without the glizy corporate spin. Instead, it's just good food, made locally. Give them a try! 4/

And so I'm resisting buying from any of those places and going directly to the sources, if I can. It's so hard to find Mom & Pop Shops, or Local Dining that isn't somehow Corporate Owned. We drove down a major thourghfare in St. Louis this past weekend and it was a tough looksee 3/

So, I was wondering how many other people are just not buying from Amazon, Walmart or any of the other big online sales sites. If you click on the actual seller on Amazon, and contact them, they'll skip right around Amazon and sell it to you directly. Seems like a win for the small seller 2/

I am resisting in many different ways - calling and emailing my reps, talking to folks locally, etc.
I am also boycotting corporations, big box stores, big agra products, fast food joints and any one who even whispers "get rid of DEI."
This has truly limited our ability to meet our needs 1/
