I had my apartment cleaned this morning and she was not happy (this is an old pic). Eventually got her to sit in my lap at my desk but at one point she was hiding on top of the refrigerator. Poor baby.

I can never get rid of the mushroom because Penny loves to sleep on it. She doesn’t seem to get a long with the dragon so far.

Not quite the same but the other day I was thinking about the fic where Azi owns a Christmas tree farm and he meets bank manager Toni Crowley in the city. No idea what it’s called though.

The house was on a pretty busy street so probably lucky no other accidents happened in the year I lived there. I shared it with other students and it was right by a bus stop but I was happy to move out and into a neighborhood.

Glad everyone was ok. A similar thing happened when I was in college. A guy ran into the pole attached to the power lines right outside of our house. He was fine but it knocked out our power and the pole had to be replaced. I think it was right around finals too.

I have a really hard time reading white text on a dark background. Like, can’t focus and then get afterimages of white lines when I look away.

That sounds like a productive day. Today I returned some old internet equipment that I got a replacement for, got some cash from the bank, got a replacement screen protector for my old phone, and grabbed some food from the store. Also re-pulled a muscle in my leg so now I’m hobbling around a bit.

Do you know how at the White House Easter egg roll someone always dresses as the Easter bunny but you don’t know is who it is? Now I’m picturing Harry the Rabbit shows up at TIC and hangs out all day but at the end of the day the big reveal is that it was Michael the whole time.

Same. My favorite part of The Rose Field was when I would be listening along then like “oh that character is Welsh! How delightful.” (I should say favorite part of the audiobook experience. I loved the book on its own).

I sing this song to myself so much when I hear about conservatives doing various horrible things. I think Book of Mormon might have just bumped to the top of my want to see list for London next year if it’s still playing (Wicked and Hadestown are near the top too).
