Why was it an emergency worthy of a 50% tariff when Brazil charged its ex-president for an attempted coup?

Why was it an emergency when Canada ran an anti-tariff TV ad and it's tariff rate went up 10%?

What emergency warranted tariffs on Islands inhabited only by seals and penguins?

There's apparently a new law on the books that takes precedence over the First Amendment. You can no longer say "nasty" things about the President. If the sensitive snowflake in Chief doesn't like what you said, it's a crime.

Up until now, DOJ has only proceeded with prosecution when there's a likelihood of a conviction. Now the poor DOJ lawyers are forced to make themselves laughingstocks in Court every day.

I'm so confused. The great Economist in Chief keeps saying the numbers are tremendous: prices are down, employment is up. Tariffs are bringing trillions into the US (definitely not a tax on US consumers.)

Is he lying or just repeating what his sycophantic advisors are telling him?

Sometimes my dark sarcasm doesn't read well when written in a post but I agree with you. Cutting a vital program to give tax cuts to the wealthy is evil

They're not taking away food benefits. They're incentivizing SNAP recipients to return to the workforce. Your great grandfather should update his resume.

That's not a proper ballroom! Where's the cultured marble tiles? Where's the chandeliers? Where's the gold leaf?

Churches could feed the poor but they can also train them how to pull themselves up by the bootstraps: borrow money from their fathers to start companies. Then, talk to their country club friends to find investors and financiers. Yay networking for Jesus!
