Quick life update - I've been training for a marathon in October (Chester) - and I'm *bloody* loving it.

Last week I ran 24k, (never ran that far) and I'm on 26k tomorrow. I feel like I'm in the shape of my life, but my appetite has hit new levels.

Also I've developed an addiction to Yazoo.

Williamson Park 10k was bleeding tough, undulating doesn't cover it. There was a 20% gradient to run up around the 7k mark which was brutal. Happy I did it though.

Got a runny nose so I kept this one slow. I thought given the iciness this morning it'd be cold so I wrapped up warm. Turned out to be rather balmy!

First new course for 2 years! No 6 for me. A bit sad it was the B course as I've heard it's scenic, but nvm.

*Very busy* start and my shoelace came undone meant i was a bit slower than I'd hoped.

I'm struggling to watch Bad Sisters but not in a negative way. I've never had that before.

Every time JP does something new I have to nope myself away and give myself a break. I have *never* hated an antagonist in anything as much as I hate that guy.

This Frozen duvet set I got for my daughter is giving #DokiDokiLiteratureClub vibes.

My 40's (so far) have consisted of spending an unwieldy amount of time trying to decide which dishwasher cutlery basket I should buy. Still not landed on one.

Gotta love the off brand Christmas songs in B&M. Like hallmark movies for the ears
