I like how Claude Code asks for more information. Maybe this is only in Plan mode?

I'm giving z.ai/GLM-4.6 another go with a nudge from @zottmann.dev. This time I've shut off Claude Code completely.

First impressions (tried 4.5 when there was no image MCP): it's the same or dumber than Sonnet 4.0. Can't follow instructions as well as Sonnet 4.5/Opus

Recent Claude Code versions supports sandboxing. It's scary when it encounters an issue and bypasses; because it prints red error messages and then powers through it silently. This additional to memory helps:

I think this is the kind of quality and direction of the product which tools like Claude Code should go for — live reloading the project memory file. Improving on the core, rather than adding more and more features and bugs.
