theres a daggerfall note (the daggerfall patch notes are an A+ read) for "witches will no longer give inappropriate quests" or something like that. i had to think for a second to realize they meant "outside of quest range".

that's the power of the English language. it's not actually good at communicating ideas precisely, but the error correction is great. And then sometimes I just don't make a connection and feel silly.
