It’s the complete lack of regulation that I take issue with. Less than four dogs? No problem.
More?…you better know what you’re doing. People forget that dogs can and will pack attack. Even the little ones.

The best part is, the rest of the rubble was used by the harbourmaster (it was shot in one of the large sheds on the waterfront) to build an actual dam on his property further up north.

Half the people have no business being in charge of even a single dog.
