I’ve been on the other side recently & found it almost impossible. I would call for an appointment & told it wasn’t appropriate for booking (menopause issues) on the phone & to use the email request system. That then came back saying it was too complex for that system & the back and forth continued.

I love Caithness (use to have a family place in Brora). You’ve made me want to visit again soon, it’s been way too long. 🥰

We do still test. Have a few vulnerable people around & I have a clotting disorder. Husband was positive a few weeks ago. He was quite unwell for a few days & just stayed down at the other place.

This is amazing. It’s imperative that we still exercise microbial stewardship though. Use this only as required and protect it.
