Good news that Judge Liman granted a temporary restraining order against the Trump administration unlawful attempt to "cancel" congestion pricing.

The CAHSRA CEO has been having serious talks with private investors to fund High Speed Rail. Gov. Newsom's commitment of at least $1 billion/year guaranteed to HSR can make that possible, bring the train to SF and LA sooner, and save money in the process. www.fresnobee.com/news/local/a...
