Bombs are martial thrown weapons, so if you’re a Starlit Span Magus then I think by the rules you could make ranged spellstrikes with alchemical bombs.

Honestly that is the biggest draw for Giant Instinct. It’s such a satisfying mechanic.

Last bit of advice: if you’re willing to rebuild, Elemental Barbarian (particularly wood, but air/water also) with Kineticist feats will give you more choices on your turn so you’re not always stuck to Striking all round long.

Also something that can help with the feeling of “just waiting to attack again” is using your reaction to Aid. Spend an action preparing to help somebody else’s attack, then jump in on their turn to roll the check and give them a big bonus

This won’t really help turns feel longer per se, but throwing in a Demoralize/Intimidate before you attack adds some variety to actions
