Capitalism lets the corporations take your input and data and turn it into AI that then takes your job. People should be compensated for the use of our data! Cut work hours and give everyone UBI to make up the difference. I'm all for AI, but fair is fair.

My friends: Which house is yours?
Me: You go past the cemetery at the end of town, about a quarter mile up the lane, then we live at the top of that hill...

My low-key Halloween decor
Been watching Task, by the same creator as Mare of Eastown, and it also takes place in Delco. The accents are seriously so good with one huge exception. It's LANCaster, not LanCASTer. That's the CA pronunciation! They've got "wooter" down pat, and there was even a scrapple reference. Come on, guys!

My least favorite aspect to living in AZ. We have snake proofing but this guy must have gotten into the garage when it was open. It was literally on the doormat that leads from the garage into the house when he stepped out over it. He only saw it when he had one leg on each side of it.

Today I wasn't in a big hurry after my ten mile bike ride so I agreed to let the pharmacist give me the 4 vaccines I was eligible for. After he finished the last one he said "Yeah, you might not be feeling great tomorrow."

We haven't been to the Big Island in twenty years and we are headed back in December. We tried to find the place we stayed last time and guess what? It no longer exists. That whole area is under lava now.
