What is wrong with couriers? I just found this #AmazonUK parcel after taking the bins out. You were sooo close! Only 3 more yards to a parcel box and letterbox! Good job the contents are waterproof innit 🙄

Another new thing for me - just back from Verdi’s La Traviata at Hull New Theatre by Ellen Kent & the Ukrainian Opera and Ballet Theatre, Kyiv. Incredible! As was the cast singing the 🇺🇦 anthem at the end, to which the entire audience stood. Moving and powerful. слава Україні!

Ancient Chariot picked a fine time to die this afternoon but luckily just as I’d pulled into the garage on Hedon Rd. Had to manhandle it to the pump as it cut out… any sooner and I’d have conked out on the roundabout. Might have to miss #hcafc now! 😫 Hurry up AA!
