I think after is more insulting-- if you salt a dish before taking a bite, I just feel sorry for you.

Funny, considering the IRS isn't sending out checks after this year. It's direct deposit into a bank account, or direct deposit into a pre-paid visa card, or nothing.
So when he says he's going to send out checks.... no he isn't, for a variety of reasons.
