Thank you kindly! I'd definitely highly recommend the kit. Very nicely engineered and really solid fit. About the only criticism that I have is that the gear bays are a little nondescript.

Awesome but also kind of a bummer. My local IPMS chapter had the Fine Molds 1/72nd scale kit as a "same kit" theme contest for the February meeting and I just finished this one.

The 956 would be fantastic to see come back. Both as a builder AND as a retailer I was completely gutted when the Mazda 787B reissue was scuttled.

It's really a shame the Tamiya 962 can't be put out to pasture. It's a subject that deserves better tooling than Tamiya's or Hasegawa's for that matter.

In some ways, the story of the "guerilla filmmaking" used to make Halicki's "Gone" is a more fascinating story than the movie itself.
It's a shame that his widow has made herself into one of the most actively disliked people in the classic car community through litigation.

One of the best of the Mueller era AMT kits. One odd thing to watch out for, though, is that early releases of the kit didn't include glass for the vent windows.
