Ppl don't feel sorry enough for me bc they only see my strengths, because I'm pretty cool when I'm not complaining, so when I do, they gaslight it bc they can't handle that I'm nuanced. 😮‍💨

The whole world outside of r/dogfree is an echo chamber of cynophilia.

Cynophiles are so Narcissistic that they go out of their way to invade r/dogfree and make gaslighting, ignorant comments, and/or screenshot posts from the site to post elsewhere and chastise, belittle, and invalidate r/dogfree.

So they go into a little box that comfortably fits the three of them, saying "Okay, we will make our own place." Then the crown is outside saying "Why are you excluding us." Then they're all crammed into the little box that the minorities made as a safe space for themselves away from the crowd, and the crowd who have invaded the space/box say again "You do not fit in here."

My toxic trait is not considering whose feelings cud be hurt if they remind me of a past abuser, even if they have not yet abused me, if I vent abt groups, categories, aesthetics, preferences, and media tastes that my past abusers had, and talk about much those things disgust and enrage me. C-PTSD. My toxic trait is not remembering or understanding no matter how many times it happens that I am actually capable of hurting ppl's feelings bc some ppl do actu respect my perspective, after growing up in so much abuse and neglect that 0 I did got a reaction so I don't 💭 how I act now can affect ppl. As much as I resent this "0 I do gets a reaction"/"some things I do deeply upset ppl" 180 in how ppl react to me n feel victimised by it, it is important for me to unpack and heal this and be more mindful of how my rage, hatred, n disgust of eryt that reminds me of the abusers can hurt innocent ppl. It sucks bc it essentially means that I hv to keep my trauma a secret, even tho it shapes and informs literally eryt I do, am, feel, like, want, strive for, believe. It's like I hv to kept mslf secret. My lived experiences. It feels like self-invalidation and gaslighting to not openly hate triggers. C-PTSD is like a shaken bottle of soda in this regard, like I can either do a Shakespearean rant of hatred and disgust for my triggers or say 0 and hv an implosion that exhausts me out of evn being able to feed mslf. Can't let just a little bit of fizz out at a time bc I've been shaken too much. 🌋 And ppl who don't suffer C-PTSD or whose trauma is v different just mistake your attempts as self-defence from triggers as you just being an arsehole. Excuse the shit out of me for not wanting to inescapably mentally time travel and be stuck in literal torture memories and physical agony, Becky.... I'm so misunderstood - FML - people don't feel sorry enough for me. Hemoragging Followers rn on main, but so be it. I'm me. I can't make evrybody empathise with me. Same way I don't like erybody. 🤷🏼‍♀️ Does it still hurt? Yeah. But it's like a vaccine - it's better in the long run, to filter those ppl out.
