Heh, I couldn't attend CodeBEAM this year (unfortunately, maybe next year), but I have similar experiences.
So because NIFs are hard, and in general can be problematic when used with 3rd party, unsafe, code, myself and friend( who is not on Bsky) have created new @duckdb.org client for #elixirlang.

The fact that the thing we're calling artificial intelligence *can't do math* and yet we're jamming it into programs that successfully *have done math* for decades, then warning people against using the AI to do math, seems like an excellent summary of where we are.
Good thing no one uses Microsoft Excel for anything related to legal, regulatory or compliance business functions

Has anyone achieved to make @codecov.bsky.social Test Reporting work with #ElixirLang? I am using junit_reporter lib and it seems that CodeCov is having some problems with that file. Unfortunately they just say that they reported some errors to their Sentry, but do not tell me what are these errors.

I have recently tested out #jujutsu as my SCM and it is quite interesting experience. I like some concepts, other are a little bit weird to me. However I think it is there to stay for me, as it makes some work very pleasant.

#ElixirLang project idea - mix test.bisect - a tool that could be helpful to hunt tests that are affecting each other. In my case when I run tests with particular seed, then it will fail on one test - 100% reproducible. However the test on its own passes just fine.

While I appreciate @akoutmos.bsky.social work on PromEx, that library is starting to cause me more and more headaches. I appreciate easiness that it brings, but at the same time the complexity of the other stuff that should be simple is so painful.
