Old man seems to be loving BTMM Pillar 1 work. It's giving us a good "button" for nervous system regulation too--

He got worked up today when Coco got let outside before him and all I did was invite him into Pillar 1 kept him there a few seconds and he instantly started calming down

Playing with my giant yo-yo makes everything better

Many mornings I'll turn the kids out in the arena while i clean stalls to roll in the sand before they go out in the snow
