Old man seems to be loving BTMM Pillar 1 work. It's giving us a good "button" for nervous system regulation too--
He got worked up today when Coco got let outside before him and all I did was invite him into Pillar 1 kept him there a few seconds and he instantly started calming down

I think we had the most yawning/ licking&chewing/blinking I've ever seen outside of a bodywork session from her
I think one of the key factors here was we prioritized play FIRST

Christmas present to myself was a drawing tablet to actually DRAW and PAINT and do even cooler things in photoshop
The main motivator being finishing this watercolor portrait whose details I knew would need to be done by hand
Still tweaking but this feels so special and like actual ART I love it
