Sauté half an onion in a pan with cumin, add some peppers (chiles if you like!) and a tsp of salt. Add one can of beans, plus one canful of water, and a cup of white rice. Cook 20m, then add some frozen peas or canned/frozen corn and some lime juice. Serve with cheese, if you please.
