Also reading up on Ida B Wells and how she POURED EVERYTHING into work only to be left out and ultimately being unable to keep the hull house open….no one came to help her.

When I summarized only these 4 women, this moved me…all under 65. They poured so much into their communities, to give so much and I really feel like we all have let them down to some degree. I want to know their names, their legacies and build on it somehow

The one thing I noticed that has deeply moved me is how our black queens also died very early. Not from gunshot wounds but, immune responses such as diabetes, hypertension, etc.
