City will be in for Adam Wharton at some point. He’s the most City coded midfielder I’ve seen in the league.

I can’t actually remember the online City fanbase being this hostile to a transfer as they are with MGW.

People really don’t want him.

Can see Ake and Stones staying next season - mainly because of how tight we are on association rules.

Buying association players is really expensive as we’re about to see with MGW.

I feel like Hugo Viana is either going to pull a generational masterclass or turn us into Chelsea.

I’m a massive Baleba fanboy. He is unbelievable.

I’d love him at City.

That’s coming from someone who is usually highly sceptical about Brighton players and the prices quoted.

Really intrigued to see where he goes next. Dealing with Bloom and Barber will be the tough part for any buyer.

How has Begiristain missed out on all this talent on show?!
April 9, 2025 at 8:30 PM
I thought Viana looked throughly pissed off in stands.

Massive job for him, I’m not surprised Txiki is staying till the end of the window. The job is huge.

Kevin De Bruyne is the greatest midfielder in premier league history. By a distance. City’s greatest ever player. We were privileged to witness his era. Not sure we’ll ever see someone with that talent again.

Thought Baleba was immense today

I’m really intrigued to see who if anyone pays up for him in the summer

Madrid press reporting Camavinga is being benched tonight.

Is there something in these links?
March 12, 2025 at 1:30 PM
I’d love for this to be true - it smells of an agent brief.

Camavinga is utterly elite.
#ManCity have Real Madrid’s Eduardo Camavinga on their transfer list for the summer and are actively monitoring the midfielder. The 22-year-old’s agency, CAA Stellar has strong ties with #MCFC and recently facilitated Omar Marmoush’s move.

Kovacic was another absolutely disastrous signing too btw. He’s firmly in the Nunes/Philips category for me.
March 8, 2025 at 2:57 PM
Honestly the less I watch of this team over the next couple months, the better.

Disastrous subs from Guardiola. The squad just isn’t good enough either.
March 8, 2025 at 2:25 PM
This Rodri remontada will be insane 😍
February 28, 2025 at 8:13 PM
Adam Wharton and Carlos Baleba are two players I’ll be keeping a close eye on in the summer.

Going to be interesting to see what clubs will potentially move for them, or if they both stay put for another season.

You’ll be paying top dollar that’s for sure.

Still think we are going to have enough for T4/5. I fancy us to beat Spurs on Wednesday too.

We’ve played arguably the two best sides in Europe over the past week. We all know the reality that we aren’t competing with them this season.

Getting over the hill with this fixture list too.
February 24, 2025 at 8:17 AM
Adam hit the nail on the head here. I’m not that fussed about the result because we thoroughly deserved to go out. We quite clearly can’t compete at this level at the moment. Madrid coasted.

Lots of work to do.
I'm currently 70 minutes through rewatching last night's match, and from the 40th minute onwards of the first leg, Real Madrid were levels above us. No shame in that but shows what we need to do to get back to that level. The difference between the two teams was immense.
February 20, 2025 at 10:07 AM
Fuck it - the biggest W’s will be in the courtroom this season.

We have a truly elite legal team. We will be there.

Said as much last night. LB absolutely cooked Delaney who has written one of the worst most inflammatory and unnecessarily xenophobic pieces I've ever seen about ANY football club, let alone City.

Bayern are a horrible side to watch.
February 18, 2025 at 8:27 PM
Was very impressed with him when I watched the tournament.

I do think we should manage our expectations though - I don’t think he’s physically ready like Alvarez was. I could 100% see a loan as the most likely option.

Akanji’s injury so predictable. He’s been running on fumes for months.

Sort of injury that the players warn us about being over burdened with minutes.

It makes it difficult to judge the level of a lot of the players this season. Akanji has dipped but he’s been flogged
February 13, 2025 at 12:28 PM
Mac Allister was available summer 2023. Cheap release clause and all.

Would’ve been an immense alternative to Kovacic.
February 12, 2025 at 8:10 PM
Sadly think it’s getting to the point where fans are completely done with certain players. It’s not the players fault though, it’s a symptom of our terrible squad building.

We’re asking guys to do stuff they can’t do.
February 12, 2025 at 2:59 PM
No way this squad can cope with the intensity of playing every 3 days. Use less games as an opportunity to get players fit.

Secure top 4/5, regroup and go again.

Next season starts at the CWC for me.

Not an excuse or a pass for tonight but it felt inevitable.
