If all patients meet #PalliativeCare early in serious illness, in my experience probably...

1/3 who won't/don't find it helpful

1/3 who are uncertain early, but see/get the benefit later

1/3 who get benefit from the start

So let PC meet everyone and let patients vote with their feet.
