I get a bit freaked out when people I don't know follow me...
That rumour did not reach me! I hope not!

Wasn't there rumoured to be somebody at Balliol who thought Kritias was right?

Yes, we have the single fare within an hour in Manchester too - that's been very helpful.

I loved the 159. I was living in London at the time, and you could ride from the bus stop opposite our flat in Streatham to Lord's. I think it was quicker to get off at Brixton and take the tube, but more fun going though central London. Then they chopped up the route, and it was no fun at all.

Many years ago, my sister was an Assistent in Wuppertal. I can't really explain what this was about. I never got closer than Bonn, where she lived at the time.

Thank you very much for your report. I'm delighted to hear that Soul Limbo was played, and am now imagining Megan greeting Steve Cropper.

I find it varies. Tabitha had a keen grasp of rules; it didn't mean she would follow them if I wasn't there, but she wanted to be seen to be following them if I was. Rosie thought rules were silly. She once jumped on to the kitchen table about a dozen times, even though I lifted her off every time.

An east coast day-nighter is cunningly timed to encompass the hours when night owls like me are least likely to be awake.

What are you planning to do north of Manchester?

I've got a very ancient small spin dryer he might like to sit on? You can also use it to wring out clothes.

We need to take it by the horns.
