I've been going to the gym consistently and changed the diet up massively for close to three and a half months, and I'm down around 25 lbs. If I keep going with what I'm doing now, I will be down to 240 by the start of May '26.

It's amazing what dropping those 10, 15 or 25 lbs feels like.
