If the point of your statement is that we need more housing in this area, (and I agree) then what I’m saying is that there are better places in the immediate vicinity to focus your energy (eg northeast corner at Palmerston). If your point is something else then you’ve lost me 🤷

If you want to make a difference, complain to @diannesaxe.bsky.social about the abandoned building and lot on the northeast corner of Palmerston that could easily become a sixplex if permitted

You can clearly see how the Bianca and Litho and all the other new condos don’t have any units closer to the track than the entire storage building. I’d love to see more housing here too but this build isn’t the problem

In fairness, this is RIGHT up against the train tracks and the city requires a 30m setback for residential. No way to put any housing on this site and public storage is still better than a carwash
