The new HARD RAIN & SLOW TRAINS explores November 1963 and "Who Did It Better?" asks who did "Fixin' to Die" better: Bukka White live at The Cabale in Nov '63 or Dylan's first take (unreleased) for his debut album. Comment below & I will include those votes when calculating the winner.

Bill Maher featured "Everything is Broken" as part of his most recent editorial. And he described Dylan as having a "well-earned victory lap": www.youtube.com/watch?v=f_sB...

In 1973, Dylan co-produced Barry Goldberg's self-titled album with Jerry Wexler. It is the only non-Dylan album Dylan produced. Goldberg played keyboards in the Paul Butterfield Blues Band and accompanied Dylan at Newport 1965. He passed away yesterday. www.youtube.com/watch?v=GNYj...

Just heard of the passing of Peter Yarrow. His was a passion and earnestness that helped press the forward development of the musical score to the Civil Rights movement. Thanks, Pete, you will be remembered and your voice will echo through autumn mist and 'cross the sea.

Returned from seeing A COMPLETE UNKNOWN: It is f-a-n-t-a-s-t-i-c! Hard to elaborate w/more than has been said in the 100s of reviews, although I may have one or two observations in my next radio episode, Chalamet's Dylan is a better Bob Dylan than Bob Dylan's Dylan was when on tour with Tom Petty.
