The 1st attempt in #MicrosoftTeams to hide inactive channels ran into rocky waters because of its automatic nature. A redo where Teams "suggests" to users that they might like to hide some channels is much better.

In March, Microsoft said that they'd change Teams to offer suggestions about which inactive channels a user might want to hide. That update is now available.
