I don't get the last sentence, the "they"s are throwing me off. It doesn't make sense for the first "they" to refer to the Labour MPs and the second to Reform supporters, but the reverse also doesn't make sense because it would undermine the appeal in the previous sentence. It's got to depend on the nature of the impairment, surely?
