After years of collecting/restoring beige 90's computers, this specific case design Dell is probably the most unwanted/uninspiring of any beige tower. I think I've had like 5 now, they're typically decently spec'd machines but... man. I do not get excited about them anymore.

The infamous flatscreen top and bottom “bowing” had gotten to a seriously distracting level on my beloved XBR, so i committed myself to adjusting the convergence rings and calibrating it fully. This was my first time attempting such a thing, and i’m really happy with how it turned out!

it cleaned up great, and it still had the OEM installation working good! such a treat when i find a setup pretty much already complete, takes a lot of busy work matching peripherals out of the equation.

oh this isn’t my room.. ^ ^; my room is pretty plain at the moment! trying to separate the spaces in my house so that it at least sort of gives off a “well-adjusted adult” impression instead of the entire place being “nerd central bachelor pad”. But also slowly working on buying all my own furniture

the original “nerd room” where i started doing youtube stuff, i really do miss it. started as my guest room, but i opted to stack the beds and the rest just kind of went crazy as the collection grew.. i’ve got quite the challenge ahead of me when it comes to topping this setup at my new place
