I take kick arse vitamin c, d and zinc.
It might be a fluke, but I've not been ill with anything since September 2023.
I also take a tsp of manuka honey every other day, especially when it feels like I'm coming down with sore throat, sneezing etc.
I hope you can rest in order to recover.

I am all out of whack with RSD at the moment too.
