Yeah, a president couch fucker would be bad, but what makes Trump so dangerous is his cult of personality. Vance doesn't have that kind of juice. I suspect if Trump goes, there'll be in-fighting and different factions vying for power. Still bad for all of us, but more chaos than Vance taking over.

There's a photographer/YouTuber, Jessica Kobeissi, who reacts to ANTM on her channel. She's not exactly making documentaries, but it is interesting to get a professional photographer's perspective nonetheless. She's even gotten to interview some of the contestants.

Apart from petty greed, I think a lot of them are living out the Principal Skinner meme. They can't stand the idea that they are aging and no longer have their fingers on the pulse of the electorate, so they keep trying to convince us that we're wrong about what we want.

I agree that Ansari got unfairly swept up in MeToo discourse, but as I recall, nothing bad happened to him as a result.
