Last Tuesday was my last plankton survey for the Dove Time Series. It has been an impressive ~55 sampling days over the last five years. It was not a bad day to end my part of the collection.

Happy is an understatement at the moment!!!

Successful DNA extraction from samples between 1968 and 2016.

The most tense second of my life waiting for the quantification result of each.

Might go have a pint now!
