Page of doodles done while thinking about what to embroider

Oh, and here's what it looks like on the back. I have no idea what I'm doing with embroidery on knit but I do wish more mending included photos of the back.

I used knots and tucked the tails under the embroidery.

Got a stain on one of my shirts so I added an embroidered bee to disguise it. I find that I don't necessarily have to cover the entire stain, just enough to trick the eye.
I'm sure I'll get more stains over time, so I will end up with either an army of bees or a menagerie of insects.

Working on this silly little guy today

Plugging along on the snake patch. I'm trying out a sashiko stitch and I'm quite pleased with how it's coming along.

I've been turning some doodles into embroidery. They'll eventually be made into patches for visible mending or decoration.

Making the grocery list, put "long loaf" on it for the type of bread. Doodling commenced
