This is gonna be so good. Making veggie fajitas w/cilantro jalapeño chimichurri tonight. It’s squash, zucchini, eggplant, carrots, peppers, onions & mushrooms marinating in chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, garlic, onion, boullion, & cayenne. Will cook them in the cast iron on high heat. 😍🍜🍽️

Ever since I saw Sohla El-Waylly make a quick chana masala on TikTok, I’ve been craving this dish. These braised chickpeas came out super tender & flavorful. I love that I was able to just throw in an entire bag of frozen chopped kale to the pot, along with a few stray cherry tomatoes 🍽️

Bought this rose as a "hospital case" bare root in Mr Price for €1.99 last April - bred from the famous Peace rose, which were everywhere in the 50s and 60s before they went out of fashion. Peace had a glorious scent ..... and so has this little rose. But sadly I don't know it's name🌱🌱

This is where I do most of my succulent propogation, allowing plants to callus over before I decide what to do with.

I'll be potting up these aeoniums in the next few days & have decided to play around by potting them up with a few other plants.
