No they def don’t, it was a rental for a long time and we talked to some of the neighbors while we were going through the inspection and the people who rented it let the yard get extremely overgrown so just been a not very taken care of house :(

I know 😔 and seems like it’ll go to someone who won’t care about the condition to try and flip and resell to make more money which makes me sad but alas!!!

I know!!! It seems it’s not been taken care of for years & years so I was looking forward to loving it & making it a great house but it became more of a money pit the more we found out! Glad we didn’t get stuck with it lol! I appreciate that so much, I am sure we will find something better! 🫶
