UGHHH the sellers came crawling back this morning bc I think they realized we made them a really good counter offer with all the things we found in the inspection but I think we are still gonna say no!! Need to talk to Ethan but something about them coming back is giving me the ick
Omg we talked to our realtor again & the seller didn’t want to repair the roof (which was so old we couldn’t even get insurance on the house)- I am glad we aren’t moving forward but feel sad that the only way it’ll sell is with a cash offer for someone who won’t give a shit about the house. Oh well
