I’m lawyering, I’m a lawyer, I law.
I’m “googling ‘Joe Rogan rotator cuff Mexico stem cells’” years old now. That’s 51 btw. Don’t judge me. He can’t be wrong about everything.

In truth, this is how weirdos got to be in control over the last two decades: They showed up to meetings consistently. And barely if ever acted normal.

I, a homeowner who has not updated his language, am hiding under the bed for when the language police get here.
But for the “ordinary people with normal jobs” camp, the language absolutely changed and you had no say in it. You can check Zillow and Redfin right now- they do not have “master bedroom” anymore. Every homeowner had to update their language.

I bring civil fraud cases, and I tell my clients that even if I draft the indictment, and cross-tab the evidence, and color-code it, the chances of LE being interested or capable of proceeding with it is depressingly slim. Training for it is not where the resources go.
Elon Musk has been a walking SEC violation for a decade and no one cared. The entire Trump era could have been avoided if the US took white collar crime anywhere near as seriously as it does low level drug crime.

On a 2023 earnings call, Elon Musk boasted that Tesla had bagged “over 1 million” Cybertruck reservations and that “demand is off the charts.”

So why has the company still sold less than 50,000 trucks since customer deliveries began 14 months ago?

I want to be mad and invested in this new fight but I just don’t have that many opportunities to refer to the Gulf of Mexico in daily conversation. Just know I’m trying to work it in more, though. #doingmypart

Yeah I’ve read a few of those and I think you have to get through a pretty unpleasant bit before you get to cool animals roaming around re-wilded cities.
I used to love reading dystopian fiction in high school.

Reaaaaally not enjoying living through dystopian reality as an adult.

Look terriers are fast and noisy and it’s sometimes it’s hard to count them when they won’t be still. I stand with the USA here. But is this like an asset forfeiture…? This is a crazy small number of dogs for the DEA to take an interest in.
APPROXIMATELY.
The Justice Department has filed a lawsuit against approximately two dogs.
