I'm confused!Trump claims that "billions of $" are on way to US from imposed tariffs.Aren't tariffs placed on goods sent to the US & thereafter paid by residents in the US when they buy them? It's apparently also too cold to search for minerals in Greenland. Of the 76 licenses given, one, as in 1, is American. (23 from Canada and UK, 10 from Denmark etc.). Bit of a bugger.
