💡 Our previous work showed that MCM equilibrium is maintained by two distinct protein pools – parental and nascent MCMs (www.nature.com/articles/s41...). In this new study, we reveal how CRL4-DCAF12-mediated degradation of MCMBP provides a new quality control step in this process.
