After claiming each AI prompt uses minimal energy and water, Google has removed any mention of its previous "net zero by 2030" objective from its sustainability website. Which remains adorned with ways AI can help the planet. Once again, after me: GREENWASHING!

Google quietly removes net-zero carbon goal from website amid rapid power-hungry AI data center buildout — industry-first sustainability pledge moved to background amidst AI energy crisis
Google's goal to be net-zero in carbon emissions by 2030 is still apparently company policy, it's just not broadcasting it anymore

The weather in Tokyo was good, got out for a hike to Mt. Kawanori, we saw a small Kamoshika up very close, about 5m.

It’s still technically in Tokyo (Okutama), but takes about 2 hours to get there. Thankfully Tokyo isn’t all Shibuya crossing and high rises.

But not just any car, only a Tesla swasticar?
Let this sink in—the head of the EPA has now labeled climate science as “religion”, and reframed the purpose of the EPA to “lower the cost of buying a car… and running a business”—the ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY!

That’s where we are now.

No difference in the age of diagnosis of autism was found in vaccinated and unvaccinated children.

Our analyses do not support a causal association between MMR vaccine and autism. If such an association occurs, it is so rare that it could not be identified in this large regional sample.
