In a city in dire need of more cultural spaces, places that can inspire young minds, let alone ones that highlight the creative merging of art and science - “unsustainable business model” seems shortsighted at best.
Trinity have finally confirmed that Science Gallery Dublin will not reopen. The focus has been on how much of a cultural loss this is (which I agree with), but it also represents a lot of job losses in a small, struggling sector.
