Today we finished bringing out the biological deterrants against the vine moth. All growers in Rust are doing this since more than 20 years so we aren‘t reliant on any insecticides for our grape production! #organic #viticulture #winemaking

Currently pruning our
Sauvignon Blanc vines in the Ludmaisch vineyard. We mostly go for a relatively low yield and early harvest with this site that hosts a soil composition of loess on a base of volcanic rocks. Quite interesting to work with such a place. #sauvignon #viticulture #wine
