The very important thing to remember when talking Valve and its ceiling compared to, say, Microsoft, is that you can not walk into a Walmart and buy a Steam Deck. You have to be enough of an enthusiast to know what it is and where to find it. That's the #1 thing holding Valve back.

Nice one! I'm lucky enough to own a complete Sonic Jam but I only have a loose disc Sonic R. Perhaps I should do the same for that one. Instead of sticking it in my Jirachi Wish Maker case :p

Ironically I think Air Ride actually has a ton of depth if you get really into it from what I can tell

Yea I've picked up on that. Funny that SMK fans used to be such a big contingent of the online base but now SMK gets 0 respect. Its one of the few SNES games that constantly gets the "poorly aged" mantle. but Poor MK64 can't catch a break.

Gen 4 is a lot slower than 5 for sure. Also I don't really feel like you have to grind in B2W2? HGSS I understand tho the level curve in that game is kinda whacky. Makes a bit more sense with the way level scaling works in Gen 1 and 2.

I'm tired of remakes tbh. I'm actually glad Iizuka seems to not be a big fan of the idea of Sonic remakes. And also shocked bc we all know Sonic Team tends to chase the trends since Sega went third party
