Started another new painting today, I’m on a roll! This time I want to experiment with cold wax. I like the ethereal effect it can give. Any one got any tips they’d be welcome as I’ve not used wax before in oil painting.

WIP Long way to go but my ‘Revelations: Woman Clothed in the Sun’ painting is progressing. I’m considering giving her the look of Bisan (from Gaza) escaping leviathan (Israeli state).

This is the fierce ruler of my household. In the last picture he is making contact with his intergalactic feline comrades. He rules with an iron claw. The second picture he is relaying his demands.

Drawing dragons today. Studies for a painting (+ a few extra eyes done by my kids). The painting will b abt how I feel at mo, it uses the image of the woman clothed in the sun (eternal female) running from leviathan (chaos) to find Zion (safety). Revelation theme cos this world is so nuts atm.

Yeh it’s distressing. Fuck America. They gave Israel 30 days to sort their shit out & did nothing. I mean I wasn’t expecting anything else but the level of bs is 🤯 & Aus gov is snivelling at America’s feet. Then they say mentioning it is causing social discord. I don’t know what to do with any of it

Hey Zali, good to see you here. I’m concerned you are blaming ppls feeling of powerlessness & distress on the wrong ppl. The greens make me feel better & represented when they speak on Gaza. It’s disingenuous to blame discord on them when it’s the govs lack of action that is causing distress.
