I always find it absurd that people will dive into drastic changes in their diets and I find that it almost never goes well because it’s usually too overwhelming to sustain. Most people end up reverting to old habits because the change didn’t fit naturally in their life. @beh353.bsky.social #beh353

Hi Katherine, I also found it hard to find the energy to cook up something after a long day of classes, especially coming back from a late lab🥲. Even went I went to the dining halls most of the fruits had been sitting out all day and didn’t look appetizing.

With reading about the time restricted eating habits this chart stood out to me, as it gives an ideal time to eat each meal of the day but also lets you know when you should plan out having your meals, like dinner 3 hours before you sleep and eating breakfast 30 minutes after you wake up. #beh353
