I visit this expo for seniors. Talked to an agency that can probably unburden my mum with daily chores and look after my dad, so my mum can have some time to relax. Now have to bring it to my mum as the financing of it is not the easiest.

It's very rewarding especially the time I recently spend with my dad (86, parkinson and forgetting things) when my mum got the flu. It was a busy time, but I'm so thankful I had these moments with him!

Thank you! Have to get used to the new rhythm of being away Tuesday evenings(choir practice) sports on Wednesday evening and visiting my parents on the weekend and working 4,5 days. But I have my own bagage to take I to consideration to not get overwhelmed. But... It's getting better!
